What data we collect in our games
In our games (on Roblox also known as “experiences”), we collect the following data as it is required for the basic functioning of our games.
- Roblox User ID reference (required when saving player data)
- Player progress & save data (money, loadouts, settings, items, etc.)
- Moderation logs (players may be referenced in action logs by user id)
None of the above methods collect any personal or private information and is deleted when a formal GDPR “Right To Erasure” request is filed via Roblox within 90 days at the latest.
What data this website (BalticDigital.net) collects
BalticDigital.net may collect the following information when you visit. BalticDigital.net processes certain technical information necessary for the operation and security of the website.
- IP-address (stored in our webserver access logs)
- Visited pages on BalticDigital.net by an IP-address
- Temporary preferences (dark/light mode)
- IP-address in web server error logs
The above information is stored only temporarily and is automatically deleted by a scheduler every 30 days.
What our Discord bot “BanSpam” collects
“BanSpam” may collect the following information into its databases for functional purposes.
- Guild (server) IDs
- IDs of banned Guild spammers
- IDs of honeypot channels
- Audit logs relating to bot config changes in a Guild
The above information can be deleted by submitting a request via our official e-mail address on our Contact page. We reserve the right to take up to ~180 days before complying with the request.
